Meet Blake Bohlman

A Litigator Who Knows the System from Every Angle.

Blake Bohlman founded Bohlman Law with a singular mission: to bring high-level, complex litigation experience to the individuals and families who need it most.

Education & Distinction: Blake earned his Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Auburn University and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane University Law School. During law school, he distinguished himself as a Senior Notes & Comments Editor for a law school journal, where his legal scholarship was selected for publication.

Blake also gained rare, early insight into the federal court system as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Hope T. Cannon, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Florida. Additionally, he served in the Civil Rights & Federal Practice Clinic, where he represented indigent clients before the Eastern District of Louisiana and petitioned the United States Supreme Court.

A Foundation in the Courtroom: Blake’s career began in the trenches of the justice system. As a Felony Assistant State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit in Walton County, he handled the most serious of cases. This experience gave him an insider’s understanding of how the state builds a case—and exactly how to dismantle one. He knows what prosecutors look for, because he was one.

Big Firm Experience, Boutique Service: Following his time as a prosecutor, Blake joined one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Florida Panhandle. There, he managed high-stakes litigation, representing major community associations and handling complex real estate, construction, and business disputes. He didn't just litigate; he protected the interests of some of the region's most prominent entities.

The Business Mindset: Most recently, Blake served as General Counsel for one of the largest employers in the Panhandle. In this role, he navigated corporate legalities, compliance, and employment matters, developing a pragmatic, "bottom-line" approach to the law.

Here for You: Now, Blake returns to his roots to fight for you. Whether you are an individual charged with a crime, a spouse facing a difficult separation, or a business owner protecting your livelihood, Blake combines the aggression of a prosecutor with the sophistication of corporate counsel.

Personal Life: When he isn't in the courtroom or the office, Blake embraces the Florida lifestyle. He lives in Santa Rosa Beach with his wife, their young daughter, and their two dogs. An avid outdoorsman, you can often find him paddleboarding the local waters or enjoying the natural beauty of the Panhandle.
